Check Power Socket

So, the first step should be to check the power socket. It must not be blackened or have signs of short-circuiting. Moreover, the extender pins should fit perfectly into the wall socket. In case the wall switch is damaged, either get it repaired or change the wall outlet.
Re-establish Extender-Router Connection
